List discovered exchange pairs and inclusion state

GET

/v2/pairs

Returns pair records populated by oracle markets sync. Sync inserts missing records disabled and never changes existing records, including pairs absent from later discovery. Enabled controls historical and realtime inclusion together with the parent exchange. The optional exchange filter limits results to one exchange. Enable selected pairs explicitly with the CLI.
