List persisted source events

GET

/triggers/{id}/events

All sources, including pending, claimed, filtered, cooldown-skipped and cancelled events. Ordered by created_at descending then id; returns [] when there are no retained events. An event ID is shared by all its action execution records. Owned soft-deleted rules remain readable; absent or other-owner rules return 404.
