Get exchange and pair feed status
Reports the shared realtime and history source states (source_states with source_view provenance), the history isolation scopes, and the legacy per-exchange and per-pair summary. History isolation is request based: one failed history request puts the scope in observing, two distinct failures within 30 seconds isolate it, and recovery requires a validated history request from a bounded probe. Official status endpoints are polled on each history check, at most once every 30 seconds, where one describes API availability: GMO Coin /public/v1/status (MAINTENANCE) and Binance /sapi/v1/system/status (status: 1) isolate that exchange's history scope immediately with reason maintenance; a normal status never validates recovery by itself. bitbank and Coincheck publish trading status only and SBI VC Trade has no confirmed status API, so those rely on request evidence. Top-level history_progress and closed_history_lag_seconds say whether closed Klines keep advancing while sources are isolated. A stale pair has not produced a valid market event for 90 seconds and does not by itself prove a disconnected WebSocket.
